FORMER outstanding amateur Niall Farrell engages in his second fight on June 10 at Solihull’s Planet Ice.

And the Birmingham star has shown he has a heart of gold. He’s involved in a fund-raiser for a two-year-old relative who is battling cancer. That will be a feature of the night.

Lightweight Niall is a class act inside and outside the ropes. Grab a ticket and take a look at what all the excitement is about.

The bill – dubbed Summer Brawl and staged by Tommy Owens – bristles with talent. The bill also features prospects Dylan Norman, Brett Egan, brothers Lewis and Brad Coley, Jags Purewal and Scott Melvin, who has been nominated to fight for the Midlands title.

In a facebook message, Farrell’s dad and trainer Paddy posted: “This is a special show. We have three boxers on this night - Niall Farrell, Lewis Coley and Brad Coley and Niall is doing a fundraiser for a very special girl, his cousin’s baby , having her fight of her life with cancer -only two-years-old. Bowie, you got this beautiful”
